No annual benefit maximum

Plans commonly limit benefits to an annual maximum; after that maximum is reached, the patient is responsible fore remaining treatment costs

Preventive and diagnostic services are included at no additional cost within the plan's stated frequency limits

Coverage may be subject to deductibles, coinsurance, frequency limits, and age restrictions

Adult fluoride treatment is included in the Audit Plan

Many insurance plans limit flouride coverage based on age

Members receive 20% savings on most additional dental services
